Ridgeline is the AI agent we built for AWS cost and cloud maturity intelligence. Lives in Microsoft 365 Copilot, runs on Amazon Bedrock with our practitioner-grounded knowledge base, and reads customer AWS environments through cross-account IAM.

0230-minute fit call
We confirm scope, surface assumptions, and send a one-page agreement. No proposal deck, no sales process. You leave the call with a clear next step, whether or not we work together.
03Kickoff with payment terms that fit
Payment scaled to engagement size:
  • Under $20K: Stripe / credit card upfront
  • $20–50K: 50% to start, 50% on delivery (Net 30)
  • $50–250K: milestone billing 30/30/40 (Net 30 each)
  • Monthly retainers: Net 30
  • Annual partnerships: annual prepay (8% off) or quarterly Net 30
04Delivery on the committed timeline
Weekly written status. Final deliverable on the date we agreed on. No surprises, no scope creep without a new agreement.
05Optional follow-on
Roughly a third of Health Check clients convert to Fractional. A third convert to an Architecture Sprint or AI Build. The rest take the plan and run with it internally. Any of those outcomes is a win.

What's the contract term and cancellation policy?
Productized engagements (Health Check, Architecture Sprint, AI Build) end when the agreed deliverable ships. Retainers (Fractional Cloud & AI Leadership) are month-to-month with 30-day cancel. Annual Strategic Cloud Partner agreements run twelve months. No multi-year lock-ins.
Who owns the IP we create together?
You do. Everything we build for you under a Skyform engagement (code, documents, designs, analysis) is your work product. Standard terms transfer IP on payment. Skyform retains rights only to internally developed tooling such as Ridgeline that predates or is independent of your engagement.
How do you handle our data and confidentiality?
Standard NDA in place before any engagement. Customer data accessed on demand via least-privilege credentials (read-only IAM for AWS work, scoped tokens for everything else). No customer data retained outside the active engagement window unless contractually required. Compliance posture spelled out per engagement.
What does enterprise procurement look like?
For engagements above $50K, or for any client whose process requires it, we sign your MSA with standard terms. Security questionnaire, insurance certificates, and reference list ready on request. We've moved through Fortune 500 procurement before and don't slow it down.
What are your hours and how do you handle US time zones?
Skyform is based in Southeast Asia. Standard coverage is US Eastern and Central business hours via async-first delivery with one scheduled overlap window for live sync. US West Coast clients get one early-morning sync per month and the rest async. EMEA and APAC clients receive native overlap. Retainer clients with production incidents get a dedicated escalation path.
What happens when scope changes mid-engagement?
Scope changes are priced and agreed in writing before any new work happens. We don't run silent change orders. A small extension is priced, signed, and executed within days. A larger change becomes a follow-on engagement, scoped within 5 business days at fixed price. Same commitments either way.
Do you work with regulated industries (healthcare, financial services)?
Yes. Skyform has delivered for healthcare, financial services, and SaaS clients with compliance-sensitive workloads. Bring your control framework (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, GDPR, ISO 27001) and we'll spell out engagement posture before kickoff. BAAs and equivalent agreements signed when required.
